Terms of Service
pomodoro.tube is a free catalogue of public YouTube study sessions. These terms explain what you can expect from it and what we expect from you.

Agreement
By using pomodoro.tube you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
What the service is
pomodoro.tube is a curated index of publicly available YouTube videos in the "study with me" and Pomodoro genre. We catalogue them, describe them, and let you filter them by things YouTube's own search does not expose — session rhythm, focus time, sound, whether a timer is on screen.
We do not host, store or redistribute any video. Everything plays through YouTube's official embedded player, from YouTube's servers, unmodified.
YouTube
pomodoro.tube uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also agreeing to theYouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled by Google according to theGoogle Privacy Policy.
All video content belongs to the creators who published it and remains subject to YouTube's terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Watching a video here counts as a view on YouTube exactly as it would there, which is deliberate: the creators whose work we index keep their audience and their revenue.
If a video is removed from YouTube or made private, it disappears from our catalogue automatically.
Accounts
You do not need an account. Browsing, searching, filtering and watching are open to everyone.
Signing in with Google is optional and exists so that creators can claim the page for a channel they own. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you may delete it at any time by writing to us. See the privacy policy for what we store and why.
Creator pages
If you claim a channel page, you can add a tagline, a description, links and a pinned video. What you publish there stays yours — you simply give us permission to display it on that page.
You are responsible for it being accurate and for having the right to publish it. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms or revoke a claim if we have reason to think the channel is not yours.
Fair use of the service
Please do not:
- Scrape the catalogue or hit it with automated traffic beyond ordinary browsing.
- Resell, redistribute or license the catalogue data.
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Strip, hide or interfere with the embedded player, or overlay it with anything.
- Use the service to do anything unlawful.
What belongs to whom
Videos, thumbnails and channel names belong to their creators and to YouTube. The catalogue itself — the curation, the structured metadata, the interface and the name pomodoro.tube — belongs to us.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, free of charge, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. The descriptions and filters are generated partly by automated analysis and may be wrong or incomplete; treat them as a guide, not as a statement of fact about a video.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
